Not only do we manufacture our own plastic "Form Bridges" for the Formblock building system, but we also make a range of other plastic injection moulded products.

"Formblock® Plastics" is located at Formblock's Head Office at 44 Ern Harley Drive, Burleigh Heads in Queensland and specialises in quality injection moulded products. Our Plant Manager, Paul Welsh has had 30 years of experience in the plastic industry and is a highly qualified toolmaker.  

Formblock® Plastics can provide all the technical advice required on material specifications and tool design, along with an emphasis on ensuring the highest level of quality control, competitive pricing and product reliability. We also provide assembly of products, project management and custom development in our specially designed factory.

We currently have nine machines ranging from a small and precise 15 tonne machine to heavy duty 250 tonne machines. We currently manufacture products for a wide range of industries including:-
